Clean Room Panels
Sandwich Panel Solutions for Laboratories, Pharmaceutical, Food, Electronics and Hygienic Production Areas
Clean Room Panels are specialised sandwich panel systems used to maintain controlled conditions in hygienic production areas, simplify surface cleaning, reduce air leakage and create modular clean room structures.
Manufactured with core options such as rock wool, glass magnesium, magnesium oxysulfide, aluminium honeycomb, paper honeycomb and EPS, clean room panels can be configured for each project with antistatic, antibacterial, stainless-steel or pre-painted steel surfaces.

50 / 75 / 100 mm Thickness
Available in different thicknesses for clean room wall and partition applications.
Multiple Core Options
Offers rock wool, magnesium oxysulfide, glass magnesium, EPS and honeycomb-filled panel options.
Antistatic / Antibacterial Surface
Can be supplied with surface coatings and hygienic-use options suitable for clean room conditions.
What Is a Clean Room Panel?
A clean room panel is a sandwich panel system used to form wall, partition and ceiling surfaces in controlled environments. Its two faces are metal-clad, while its core can be selected for different performance requirements.
In hygienic areas, panel surfaces must be easy to clean, smooth, durable and airtight. For this reason, clean room panels are preferred as modular building elements in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, electronics, food, laboratory, medical production, hospital support and precision-manufacturing facilities.
Clean Room Panel System Application Principle
Panel Selection
The core material is selected according to fire resistance, sound insulation, weight, hygiene and mechanical-strength requirements.
Modular Installation
Panels are installed according to the clean room layout together with wall, ceiling, door and window details.
Airtight Joints
Corner, door, window and panel joints are detailed to reduce air leakage and dust accumulation.
Hygienic Use
Smooth surfaces are used to simplify cleaning and disinfection processes.
