Compact Mobile Dust Collection Units, are cartridge-filtered, modular and portable dust collection systems used to safely filter dry dust, fumes and particles generated in industrial processes close to their source.

What Is a Compact Mobile Dust Collection Unit?
A compact mobile dust collection unit is portable, cartridge-filtered, high-efficiency equipment designed to flexibly collect dry dust and fume emissions generated at different points in industrial facilities.
The system can be designed in a compact configuration with a pre-separation chamber, cartridge filters, a Pulse-Jet cleaning mechanism, fan unit, dust collection hopper and ATEX safety equipment. It can therefore be used for both local extraction and small- to medium-scale central dust collection applications.

It can be configured for different applications within a 1,000–16,000 m³/h airflow range.
Modular filter-surface options with 2–16 cartridge filters can be implemented.
Emission levels of ≤ 5 mg/Nm³ can be targeted with appropriate filter selection.

Pre-Separation Chamber
Contaminated air passes through a pre-chamber that helps separate coarse particles before reaching the filter cartridges.
Cartridge Filters
Dust particles are retained on the outer surface of the cartridge filters, while clean air is discharged from the upper section.
Pulse-Jet Cleaning
Filter elements can be cleaned by a high-pressure reverse-air pulse without interrupting operation.
Explosion Vent Panel
In the event of an explosion, a vent panel can be used to safely discharge excess pressure from the filter housing.

Filtration Principle
Contaminated air first enters the pre-separation chamber, where coarse and heavy particles are separated. The airflow then passes through cartridge filters; dust particles are retained on the filter surface and clean air is discharged from the top of the unit. Dust accumulated on the filters is removed by periodic Pulse-Jet air pulses.
