What Is an Explosion Proof Duct Fan?
An explosion proof duct fan is a compact fan solution used in industrial ventilation applications where air must be drawn from or pushed into a duct line. In areas with an explosive atmosphere risk, the fan must be selected according to the motor type, electrical connection, accessories, hazardous area class and the character of the process air.
Because the fan body has self-flanged suction and discharge ports, the duct connection becomes simple. Furthermore, mounting at different angles provides flexibility in narrow mechanical spaces and along different duct routes. Duct Air Intake
