Fiberglass Fans
Fiberglass-Reinforced Pressure Fans for Chemical and Corrosive Environments
Fiberglass Fans, are pressure fan solutions with fiberglass-reinforced plastic casings for industrial facilities handling corrosive gases, chemical vapours and aggressive process air.
HPBF fiberglass pressure fans are suited to applications requiring high static pressure at low, constant air volumes. Air-contact components made from fiberglass-reinforced plastic provide chemical resistance and a long service life.

Corrosion Resistance
Air-contact components are made from fiberglass-reinforced plastic, providing resistance to many chemical environments.
High Static Pressure
Suitable for processes requiring high static pressure at low, constant air volumes.
RTM Impeller
The radial impeller can be manufactured using the RTM method from a flame-retardant resin-glass blend.
What Is a Fiberglass Fan?
Fiberglass fans are specialised fans for process-ventilation applications requiring chemical resistance. Compared with standard metal-cased fans, they offer longer service life and safer operation in corrosive air streams.
These fans can be used in chemical processes, laboratory exhaust, acid-vapour extraction, waste-gas transfer, treatment plants and corrosive industrial air-transfer applications.
How Fiberglass Fans Work
Corrosive Air Intake
The fan draws chemical vapours or corrosive process air through its inlet.
Radial Impeller
The radial impeller pressurises the air stream and directs it to the casing outlet.
Pressurised Discharge
The pressurised air is transferred to ductwork, a stack or a treatment system.
Corrosion Protection
The fiberglass-reinforced construction increases resistance to corrosive air streams.
