What Is a Flanged Cartridge Filter?
A flanged cartridge filter is a cylindrical cartridge filter mounted to the filter housing by means of a flange connection. The flanged connection allows the filter element to seat securely in the housing and remain stable during operation.
Used in industrial dust collection systems, this filter type can accommodate different housing designs through its wide range of diameter and length options. The perforated galvanized sheet mesh helps maintain the filter shape and increases mechanical strength.
Gasket options include EVA, EPDM, silicone and PU. Therefore, a suitable connection solution can be configured according to the temperature, sealing and process requirements of the application.
