Floor Convectors
Aesthetic and High-Efficiency In-Floor Heating Solutions That Reduce Condensation on Large Glass Facades
Floor Convectors are in-floor heating units used to reduce cold downdrafts in front of large glazed areas, help prevent condensation on glass surfaces and provide comfortable heat distribution indoors.
Natural convection, fan-assisted and mini fan options meet different capacity needs. Depending on architectural requirements, they can be supplied with anodized aluminium, painted aluminium or timber linear grille options.

Natural / Fan-Assisted / Mini Fan
A natural convection, fan-assisted or mini fan model can be selected according to the required capacity.
Glass Facade Comfort
Helps reduce cold downdrafts and condensation risk on large glazed areas.
Production up to 6 Metres
Floor convectors can be manufactured in a single length of up to 6 metres according to project requirements.
What Is a Floor Convector?
A floor convector is a heating unit installed within the floor that distributes heat in a space through convection. It is particularly preferred for large glass facades, shop windows, lobby areas, offices, hotels, conservatories and spaces where visible radiators are not architecturally desired.
The system operates with a convector casing, heat exchanger, linear grille, frame, connection components and, in fan-assisted models, a low-noise fan assembly. Warm air movement at floor level creates a thermal curtain effect in front of the glass surface, improving comfort.
Floor Convectors Operating Principle
Cold Air Intake
Cold air formed in front of the glass surface is directed towards the convector channel.
Heat Exchanger
The heat exchanger supplied by the hot-water circuit heats the air passing through the convector.
Convection Effect
The heated air rises and forms a warm air curtain in front of the glass surface.
Controlled Comfort
In fan-assisted models, capacity can be managed automatically or manually through fan speed and valve control.
