High Pressure Fans
Volute-Casing Fans with Radial Impellers for Medium and High Static Pressure
High Pressure Fans are volute-casing centrifugal fan solutions used in industrial facilities for dust-laden air, wood chips, particle-laden air, process air, harmful gases and pneumatic conveying applications.
Its backward-curved radial impeller, rigid housing construction and direct-coupled motor design provide reliable air-conveying performance in processes requiring medium and high static pressure.

Radial Impeller
Suitable for applications requiring medium and high static pressure with its backward-curved radial blade construction.
Volute Housing
The volute housing directs airflow and helps achieve balanced pressure at the fan outlet.
Industrial Use
Preferred for processes requiring the conveyance of dust, wood chips, particle-laden air, pneumatic materials or harmful air.
What Is a High Pressure Fan?
High pressure fans are centrifugal fan types used where airflow must be conveyed against a specified duct resistance or process pressure. In these fans, air is accelerated by the radial impeller inside the volute housing and discharged under pressure.
Centrifugal fans are suitable for many industrial processes, including dust extraction, wood-chip conveying, cement, ceramics, feed mills, textiles, the chemical industry, pneumatic conveying and the transfer of harmful air from one point to another.
High Pressure Fans Operating Principle
Air Intake
The fan draws process or ambient air through the inlet.
Radial Acceleration
The backward-curved radial impeller accelerates air through centrifugal force.
Pressure Generation
The volute housing converts air velocity into pressure and directs it toward the outlet.
Process Air Transfer
Pressurised air is transferred to the duct, filter, cyclone, pneumatic conveying or exhaust line.
