Industrial Equipment Manufacturing and Production Services
AİRTES is an engineering and contracting company specialising in industrial equipment manufacturing for project-specific requirements. Air duct fabrication, industrial filter production and laminar airflow cabinets with fan filter units are our main production lines.
First we take measurements on site, then we prepare the fabrication drawings. As a result, every unit is built to the exact dimensions of its own project. In addition, we manage installation, commissioning and periodic maintenance from a single source.

1. Industrial Air Duct Manufacturing
We produce air ducts in compliance with SMACNA, DW 142-143, DIN 24-194 and TSE standards. Our production range covers sheet thicknesses from 0.50 mm to 1.20 mm. Custom fabrication is available in any size.
Ducts are manufactured from galvanised, stainless or cold-rolled (DKP) sheet metal. Internal and external thermal insulation can be applied on request. This reduces both heat loss and the risk of condensation.
All components are fabricated to fit perfectly together. Therefore leakage at flanges and corners is kept to a minimum. After production, mastic sealing is applied to achieve full airtightness.
Air Duct Types and Our Manufacturing Scope
2. Industrial Filter Manufacturing and Types
Within our industrial equipment manufacturing scope we offer a wide filter range, from pre-filters up to HEPA class. Filter selection is based on the air volume of the application and the required cleanliness class.

It offers a large filter surface area suitable for high air volumes. As a result, personnel, equipment and the process are protected against airborne particles.
The gel-filled seal creates an uninterrupted sealing line between the filter and its housing. It is therefore preferred in cleanroom applications where bypass leakage is not acceptable.
High-efficiency ceiling type HEPA filters protect people, equipment and processes against airborne particulate contamination.
The V-module construction allows the maximum possible filter surface area to be used. Consequently it operates even at the highest air volumes, while providing energy savings and a long service life.
These are high-efficiency hooded HEPA filters with an integral housing and inlet collar. They protect people, equipment and processes against airborne particulate contamination.
Its robust construction allows a high surface area to be used. Thanks to a special filter media, it provides a safer working environment in applications involving high-risk contaminants.
Thanks to its production technology, it can operate at temperatures up to 260 °C. It is the preferred filter group for high-temperature and high-risk environments.
It combines a high filtration area with a low initial pressure drop. Because of its long service life and low energy cost, it is the most preferred filter at the second and third stage.
It suits ventilation systems with a generous filter installation depth. It offers a high surface area, low cost and a long service life.
It requires less installation depth than its equivalents. For this reason it is preferred in tight spaces such as air handling units and return air grilles.
Its rigid body construction prevents deformation even at high air velocities. Thanks to its compact design, it is used for second-stage filtration as an alternative to bag filters.
It is used in industrial applications, particularly in power plants. Its construction advantages make it a frequent choice at the design stage.
It is used as a pre-filter for capturing particles of 10 µm and larger. Its zig-zag form provides a higher filter surface area.
It is used in systems with sufficient installation depth for the pre-filter stage. It offers a high surface area and a long service life.
It is used in kitchen applications as well as residential, industrial and commercial HVAC systems. These are washable pre-filters that capture particles larger than 10 µm.
It is used especially in fan coil units and simple ventilation systems. These are washable pre-filters that capture particles larger than 10 µm.
It suits simple ventilation systems, fan coil units and air handling units. It serves as a pre-filter for particles larger than 10 µm.
It is preferred for odour and corrosion control in industrial and commercial applications. Inside air handling units and filter housings it works together with particulate filters.
Activated carbon filters are installed in walls and ducts of ventilation and air conditioning systems. They absorb harmful gases, odours and toxic substances entering through the air supply system. Public buildings, airports, paint booths, hospitals and the food and pharmaceutical industries are the main areas of use. In addition, F7-F9 class pre-filtration is recommended to protect the carbon bed.
3. Laminar Airflow Cabinet (LAF) Manufacturing with Fan Filter Units
Laminar airflow cabinets are produced in different configurations according to their location and purpose. Cabinets can be manufactured with Fan Filter Units (FFU) or connected to a hygienic air handling unit.
Cabinet profiles are made of special aluminium, while the body is of stainless steel construction. The system consists of ceiling-suspended or platform-mounted fan filter units, a transparent curtain and a multi-step speed switch.
The fan filter units have integral fans. They operate together with a pre-filter (G3) and a HEPA (H14) filter. This provides ISO 14644-1 Class 5 conditions at the outlet (formerly Class 100 to U.S. Federal Standard 209E).
The clean air velocity is approximately 0.45 m/s (±20%) at 15-20 cm below the air diffuser.
While laminar flow is maintained inside the cabinet, the interior is kept under positive pressure. These models should be used solely to provide laminar flow. They are designed as ceiling-suspended or free-standing units in various sizes to suit requirements.
