Isothermal Humidifiers
Hygienic and Reliable Humidity Control with Electrode Boiler Steam Humidification Systems
Isothermal humidifiers are steam humidification systems that operate by converting water into steam with electrical energy. Their hygienic steam generation makes them suitable for air handling units, air ducts and direct room humidification applications.
The electrode boiler design provides reliable and practical humidification with automatic water control, a replaceable steam cylinder, an efficient drain valve, external continuous control and support for a 0–10 V control signal.

5–45 kg/h Steam Output
With different capacity options, they can be adapted to small and medium-sized air duct or room humidification applications.
Hygienic Steam
Provides healthy and hygienic humidity control by humidifying with generated steam.
Easy Maintenance
Maintenance procedures can be performed practically thanks to the replaceable and cleanable steam cylinder.
What Is an Isothermal Humidifier?
An isothermal humidifier is a humidification system that works by converting water into steam and supplying it into the airflow or directly into the room. In electrode boiler models, water is heated by electrodes inside the cylinder to produce hygienic steam.
These systems are preferred for controlled increases of relative humidity in air handling units, air ducts, laboratories, clean rooms, production areas, museums, archives and process spaces.
Operating Principle of Isothermal Humidifiers
Water Supply
The unit automatically adjusts water consumption according to steam demand.
Electrode Boiler
Electrodes inside the cylinder heat water and generate hygienic steam.
Steam Distribution
Generated steam is supplied through a duct diffuser, steam hose or fan unit.
Automatic Draining
The automatic drain valve helps reduce water losses and manage cylinder sediment.
Key Technical Features
Water is heated by electrodes and converted into steam.
Provides hygienic steam generation that supports breathable air quality.
Water consumption is automatically adjusted according to the required steam output.
The cylinder can be quickly replaced or cleaned for easy maintenance.
A drain system that helps reduce water loss and manage sediment.
Can be adapted to automation systems with on/off and 0–10 V control signals.
