Polyester (PF) Needle-Punched Fabric/Felt Filter Bag is a long-life filter bag solution that provides effective dust capture in industrial dust collection systems thanks to its high-strength needle-punched felt structure.
Polyester fibers are formed into a fabric by needle punching and treated with a hydrophobic finish to provide water and oil repellency. A single-side gazing process creates a smooth surface that helps reduce dust adhesion to the filter bag.

What Is a Polyester (PF) Needle-Punched Fabric/Felt Filter Bag?
A polyester needle-punched felt filter bag is an industrial filter bag manufactured by converting polyester fibers into a fabric structure through a needle-punching process. It helps retain particulate matter on the bag surface in dust collection systems.
Hydrophobic treatment provides water- and oil-repellent properties. This structure helps reduce the adhesion of moist and oily dust to the filter bag surface and supports easier dust release during pulse cleaning.
The single-side gazing process creates a smoother and more polished bag surface. This helps reduce dust adhesion and contributes to stable filter bag operation.
