Vacuum Pumps
Oil-Sealed, Air-Cooled and Compact Industrial Vacuum Systems
Vacuum Pumps are industrial pumping systems that evacuate air or process gas from an enclosed volume to create operating conditions below atmospheric pressure.
The oil-circulation and air-cooled design provides stable performance at low pressures, low noise levels and continuous-operation benefits. They can be used in automotive, food, laser, healthcare, metallurgy, vacuum coating and industrial production applications.

30 m³/h Capacity
Provides an air evacuation capacity of 30 m³ per hour for industrial vacuum applications.
64 dB Noise Level
Its compact and balanced pump design helps limit operating noise.
99.9% Separation
The oil separator helps achieve a high separation rate for oil droplets in discharged air.
Air-Cooled
Its design requires no external cooling water, providing easy installation and operation.
What Is a Vacuum Pump?
A vacuum pump is mechanical equipment that lowers system pressure below atmospheric pressure by evacuating gas molecules from an enclosed system. Depending on process requirements, it can create rough vacuum, medium vacuum or lower absolute-pressure levels.
In oil-sealed vacuum pumps, the oil provides sealing, cooling and lubrication for moving parts. The separator and oil filter at the pump outlet enable oil to circulate within the system and separate it from discharged air.
How Do Vacuum Pumps Work?
Gas Intake
Air or gas in the process volume enters the vacuum chamber through the pump inlet connection.
Compression
The rotating pump element compresses the gas within the enclosed volume and moves it to the outlet section.
Oil-Gas Separation
The separator element removes oil droplets from the discharged gas.
Air Discharge
Separated air is discharged through the outlet line, while the oil returns to the circulation circuit.

Installation and Operating Recommendations
Periodic Maintenance Points
| Inspection Point | Required Action | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Vacuum pump oil | Check the level, colour and contamination. | Maintain lubrication and vacuum performance. |
| Oil filter | Replace according to pressure loss and operating time. | Retain contaminants in the oil circuit. |
| Oil separator | Check exhaust smoke and pressure loss. | Reduce oil carryover and back pressure. |
| Air filter | Clean or replace. | Prevent particles from entering the pump. |
| Cooling surfaces | Remove dust and dirt. | Keep the pump operating temperature under control. |
Vacuum Pump Selection Note
When selecting a vacuum pump, system volume, evacuation time, target absolute pressure, gas temperature, humidity level, the chemical composition of the process gas, leakage rate and daily operating time should be evaluated together.
Flammable, explosive, oxidising, corrosive or solvent-rich gases should not be connected directly to standard vacuum pumps. For these processes, the appropriate ATEX classification, gas ballast, condenser, trap filter, chemically resistant oil and special pump configuration should also be evaluated.
