VAV Variable Air Volume Control Units
Round, Rectangular and Fast-Response VAV Solutions
VAV Variable Air Volume Control Units are control dampers designed for applications that require variable airflow or variable air-volume rates in ventilation systems. They can be used in supply and extract air lines.
Airflow-rate control is pressure independent. A differential-pressure sensor, motorised electronic speed-control device and special damper structure allow minimum and maximum airflow settings to be adjusted according to the project.
Variable Air Volume Control
Can be used for variable-airflow or variable-flow-rate applications at high velocities in a single duct.
Electronic Control
Airflow rate can be adjusted with a differential-pressure sensor and motorised electronic-control structure.
Round and Rectangular Types
Offers different casing options for round-duct applications and rectangular duct systems.
What Is a VAV Control Unit?
VAV control units are damper-based products that provide variable airflow control in ventilation systems. They can be used in supply and extract air lines, and the airflow rate can be adjusted according to project requirements.
This product group can be evaluated in different casing structures for laboratory applications, round duct systems and rectangular duct lines. A fast-response, round or rectangular VAV solution can be selected according to the application type.
