Venturi Vacuum Conveying Systems
Venturi vacuum conveying systems are pneumatic conveyor solutions that enable granular and powdered materials to be transferred within a closed line by vacuum suction.
With the negative-pressure airflow generated by the vacuum generator, the product is drawn from the feeding point and air and material are separated inside the system. Clean air passes through the filter element and is discharged, while the conveyed material is transferred to silos, tablet presses, capsule filling machines, packaging machines, vibrating screens, dry granulators or similar equipment.

What Is a Venturi Vacuum Conveying System?
A Venturi vacuum conveying system is a closed pneumatic transfer system that enables powdered and granular products to be conveyed through a pipeline by vacuum suction. The system creates negative pressure through a venturi vacuum generator operating with compressed air.
Through the vacuum effect created, material is drawn through the feeding port and conveyed to the conveyor body via the transfer line. Inside the body, air and product are separated; the product is discharged to downstream equipment, a silo or a process machine.
The filter element helps separate particles from the product conveying air. During the discharge stage, the vacuum valve closes, the discharge valve opens, and the filter element is automatically cleaned with backflush air in preparation for the next operating cycle.
